The Sales Supervisor at Omni Tax Help is responsible for leading a team of call center representatives, driving performance metrics, and fostering a professional, results-oriented environment. This role focuses on optimizing team efficiency, ensuring high-quality service, and aligning operations with the company’s vision and goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process and operational improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations.
- Supervise and coach call center representatives to optimize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and evaluate representative calls to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
- Document performance metrics and behavioral observations to support team development.
- Assists in scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and operational continuity.
- Cultivate a positive, professional work environment that aligns with the call center’s vision and culture.
- Provide prompt and effective support to representatives, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Guides team members to meet or exceed productivity, service, and quality objectives.
- Actively participates in committees, special projects, and takes on additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Requires sufficient manual dexterity for typing and computer-related tasks.
- Needs adequate visual acuity to view and interpret reports and navigate computer systems
- Occasionally involves bending, reaching, climbing a step stool, and lifting.
Environmental Working Conditions
Frequent exposure to and utilization of computers.
