The role of an “OPENER” is a very important one. Openers drive the Sales Department! You are the first person that the client speaks to. You are the “first impression”!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivates a professional and positive workplace, aligning with the call center’s vision and culture.
- Engages businesses and individuals via telephone to promote Omni Tax Help’s services.
- Effectively communicates service offerings to prospective clients.
- Delivers a tailored sales pitch, adapting to the specific needs of each customer.
- Provides clear and accurate pricing information.
- Addresses customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Collects and records customer information, including names, addresses, and transaction details.
- Follows up with customers to nurture relationships and advance initial interactions.
- Maintains a high volume of outbound calls to drive results.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing deadline-driven stress.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, delivering professional and positive interactions.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- At least 2 years of proven success in inside sales.
- Over 2 years of demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Requires sufficient manual dexterity for typing and computer-related tasks.
- Needs adequate visual acuity to view and interpret reports and navigate computer systems
- Occasionally involves bending, reaching, climbing a step stool, and lifting.
Environmental Working Conditions
Frequent exposure to and utilization of computers.
